The Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) has issued a forceful rebuke against what it terms a "serious breach" of electoral protocols, following unauthorized filming and dissemination of misleading information about ballot boxes by Hadiyyah Mohamed, sister of the We Invest in Nationhood's (WIN) Presidential Candidate.

The incident occurred during the ongoing ballot recount process in Sub-District 4 of District 4, where Mohamed filmed ballot boxes awaiting recount on GECOM's premises.
